Therefore, the findings of the current study will aid in addressing this discrepancy. Mainly, the results will be helpful to organizational managers, especially in the public sector. Besides, the present study’s findings will contribute to the current debate on the practical approaches of measuring EE in the workplace by eliciting trends in prior research and their consistency with the present study results.
