My research topic is about how employee on boarding has an effect on employee engagement and retention over time. The population for this topic is any company that is putting a focus on retention and engagement. The theme I’m looking to focus on is the employee retention rate and how it is positively affected by a great on boarding program and keeping the employee engaged when they join a company.
