The use of robots has been an emerging issue in the technological development of various countries. Today, most of the operations are mechanized using technology, for instance the use of robots, one of which has assured the roles paid by humans in various sectors. Such robots can also be used in the front offices of the hotels. The research study will thus provide a clear and detailed report of the impacts associated with the use of robots in the front office department in hotel management.

Front offices are always the parts of the hotel that are in initial contact with the customers and the occupants in such front offices are always expected to be welcoming. However, their replacement with robots is more likely to be imp-active on the whole operations of the hotel. The entire hospitality industry has been slowly involving robots in its operations. The impacts have been felt in three different phases. They have been felt by the customers, the employees, and the management team.
