Identify the values of family and non-family members and their influence on the Family Firm’s decision making.

Research motives

This study tried to identify the different aspects and process of decision making based on a practical case of a family firm in Mexico in order to give recommendations for a successful managerial decision-making. Based on this foundation, the following are the research objectives:

  • Identify the values of family and non-family members and their influence on the Family Firm’s decision making.
  • Investigate the Sociology emotional Wealth (SEW) influence on a Mexican family firm and how can it positively or negatively impact.
  • Examine the different aspects leading to a successful internationalization of the FB based on the family’s decision-making recommendations at the end of this study.
