RESEARCH AIM STATEMENT
The project aims to assess the relationship between cultural diversity and team satisfaction within Pret a Manger company. This study is an attempt to fill the research gap concerning the influence of organizational culture on managing the diversity of human resources in multinational organizations. The subject matter discussed in the dissertation is not limited only to theoretical considerations but can also be useful in terms of using the results of experiential research for enterprises to make a reliable diagnosis of practices in the field of managing the diversity of human resources present in the organization, as well as to create an organizational culture that facilitates the introduction of activities in this area into the organizational reality
